Until December 15 and 16, Catawiki is auctioning around 30,000 lots with no reserve price. The range is broad, from accessories to whiskey, so there is something for many interests. With the holidays approaching, No Reserve Day is a good chance to bid on a luxurious or unusual gift.
We have selected six highlights from the extensive offering.

Rolex is one of the most sought-after watch brands. The Swiss manufacturer has introduced many innovations throughout its history and has produced numerous popular models, including the GMT-Master. A revised version, the GMT-Master II, was released in 1982. It is known for its two-tone bezel, which reflects the two time zones shown by the original pilot’s watch. At Catawiki you can bid on a model with a red and blue bezel, a combination often called the “Pepsi dial.”

Trading cards from the Pokémon world continue to grow in popularity, which has pushed prices upward. The limited Pikachu x Van Gogh Grey Felt Hat card was handed out in 2023 by the Van Gogh Museum in Amsterdam to visitors who spent at least 50 euros in the museum shop.

Between 1927 and 1937, Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand, and Pierre Jeanneret worked together in Le Corbusier’s Paris studio. Their collaboration produced several iconic pieces of furniture, including the LC2 armchair and sofa from 1928, which features soft cushions supported by a tubular steel frame. Production is carried out exclusively by Cassina. This two-seater dates from the 1980s and is in excellent condition.

Resin, acrylic, and coffee form the basis of the Spanish artist Kastro’s series Kriatures Coffee, which explores the connectedness and diversity of people. Coffee is used both symbolically, as a product shared around the world, and literally, to create shadows on the canvas that give the works depth and energy.

In 2007, Louis Vuitton introduced the Mahina line, made of soft calfskin perforated with the brand’s well-known monogram pattern. The wallet offered at Catawiki is crafted from fine black leather, with a gold-colored clasp that adds a simple accent.
