Super clear and frosted, signed, Rene Lalique Anemone Ferme (Closed Anemone) (Ref: Marcilhac 1180) with black enamelling. Designed to be either a paperweight or a table decoration. Very rare and highly Art Deco Rene Lalique (Signed R. Lalique France) clear and frosted Renne (Reindeer) paperweight Ref: Marcilhac 1197, designed 1931. One of a series of Art Deco animal paperweights done by Rene Lalique in the late 1920s and 1930s. Rene Lalique was possibly the most famous of all glass makers -the most collectable pieces by him are those produced during his lifetime (ie pre 1945), these are signed, like this piece, R Lalique.
