Introduced by the Bradford headquarters in 2007 to celebrate the brand's 75th anniversary and to captivate the cigar smoker market, the Zippo BLU line represents a unique evolutionary chapter and is now entirely out of production, making these models highly collectible. Unlike traditional Zippos, this model is powered by butane gas. It uses patented combustion technology to generate a powerful windproof jet flame of deep blue color, completely odorless and clean, preserving the tobacco aroma during ignition. The case design is unique and ergonomic, featuring the lid’s soft-curved line. The lighter retains the iconic Zippo ignition system with a flint wheel and classic flint.
