These decorative baskets from the 1960s are beloved collectibles due to their refined weaving and distinctive design. • Origin: China, stamped/marked with the original red Shanghai Handicrafts label - Made in the People's Republic of China (model number 325 1222). • Material: Finely woven canework of rattan and bamboo on an altered wooden/bamboo base. • Details: The swan features a removable lid (the wings) that provides access to the storage space.
