am 3. Oktober 1957, unterschrieben vom Präsidenten des Abgeordnetenhauses von Berlin, Kurt Landsberg, am 14. November 1957. Da es sich um eine Zweitausfertigung (Kopie) handelt, sind sowohl die Unterschrift als auch das Datum nicht handschriftlich, sondern in gedruckter Form wiedergegeben. Die Urkunde, beglaubigt mit einem Prägesiegel (Blindprägung), befindet sich in einer Verleihungsmappe des Landes Berlin. Urkunde im A4 Format, Mappe mit leichten Verschmutzungen und Kratzern (vermutlich Bleistiftspuren), mit leichten Alters- und Lagerspuren. Zweitausfertigungen oder Kopien von Ernennungsurkunden für Amtsträger werden der jeweils personalaktenführenden Stelle übergeben, während das Original im Besitz des Regierenden Bürgermeisters verbleibt. | WILLY BRANDT (1913–1992), a copy of his certificate of appointment as Mayor of Berlin, dated 3 October 1957, signed by the President of the Berlin House of Representatives, Kurt Landsberg, on 14 November 1957. As this is a duplicate (copy), both the signature and the date are not handwritten but reproduced in printed form. The certificate, authenticated with an embossed seal (blind embossing), is housed in a presentation folder bearing the coat of arms of the State of Berlin. Certificate in A4 format; folder with slight soiling and scratches (presumably pencil marks), showing slight signs of age and storage. Duplicates or copies of certificates of appointment for public officials are handed over to the relevant personnel records office, whilst the original remains in the possession of the Governing Mayor.
