From the time of Mozart, James Cook, George Washington and the VOC. Made in London, 1757 (269 years old). Made by William Cafe Fully English hallmarked for sterling 925 silver. The dimensions of this fine pair of hand-made antique silver candlesticks are: Length 24.5 cm (9.65 inch) Wide at base 11.7 x 11.7 cm (4.6 inch) Approx. 620 + 633 = 1253 grams / 40.42 troy ounces / oz (bobèches weigh 133 grams together). Condition: These antique cast silver candlesticks are a magnificent gauge of silver, magnificent quality and in exceptional presentation condition. The cast ornamentation is all very sharp.
