Splendid set of wall lamps from the 1970s in Nason style. A distinctive form called “donut” in hand-blown Murano glass. The effect of multiple bubbles is called “Pulegoso” and was discovered by Napoleone Matrinuzzi in the 1930s. It is a complex technique to master, and the piece often breaks when it cools down. Spettacolare example of the craftsmanship and creativity of Made in Italy (Murano - Venice). Very beautiful and dramatic, with good sizes, (the central milky veining is elegant).
