Vintage Persian Heriz rug, hand knotted in Iran from 100% wool. Measuring 6'3" x 8'11", the rug features a bold geometric allover design with stylized floral motifs and angular forms arranged across the central field. The design is woven in a subdued palette of gray, charcoal, ivory, taupe, and soft beige tones. A wide decorative border with large geometric floral motifs frames the central field, complemented by narrower guard borders and fringed ends. The hand-knotted wool construction gives the rug a rich texture and distinctive traditional Persian Heriz character.
