Shiny, polished gold surfaces, vividly coloured gemstones, and bold designs characterise the jewellery of the 1980s. The era embraced powerful designs, grand gestures, and took pleasure in displaying luxury. Broad chains, often in a curb link pattern, were typical and worn as necklaces or bracelets. This exquisite bracelet, crafted from high-quality materials, originates from a distinguished Hanseatic estate and is a quintessential piece of its time. Five precious rubies in a beautiful red hue are set in high-carat yellow gold. Each of the solid, curved chain links is flexibly connected to the next, ensuring that the bracelet is both comfortable to wear and, with a weight of 43 grams, provides a luxurious feel on the wrist. The rubies are securely set in their gold bezels, and each stone displays unique inclusions, allowing natural minerals to be quickly distinguished from synthetic gemstones. An independent appraisal has confirmed the quality of the materials used, and it accompanies the bracelet. According to its hallmark, the jewellery piece was crafted in the workshop of Adolf Kümmerle in Pforzheim and dates back to the 1980s. Also, take a look at the bracelets with emeralds and sapphires from the same manufacturer, which, due to their identical clasps, can also be worn together as a longer necklace.
