Victor Saglier (1809-1894) - Candelabrum - Silverplated - 1880-1890

A large and heavy, magnificent late 19th century silver plated candlestick with two branches, measuring circa 32cm in height and weighing 3382g, originally a three light candelabrum but one arm has been cut off. Works well stylistically as a two arm candelabrum. Stamped to the base with VS ship maker´s mark of Victor Saglier. Condition: Converted from three-arm to two-arm candlestick, otherwise good.
