The white diagonal cross of Saint Andrew (Scotland) on a blue background. 3. The red diagonal cross of Saint Patrick (Ireland). Manufactured by Doublet. This is a well-known French manufacturer of quality flags and ceremonial textiles. The flag is made as a doublet/double cloth, so the print is nicely visible on both sides.
