If you are not able to do it yourself, please consult a professional. All automatic watches require winding from the crown on first use; wrist movement alone is not sufficient to maintain the necessary power reserve. RULE FOR ALL WATCHES WITH A DATE To avoid potential damage to the movement, please do not set the date using the crown when the time is between 21:00 and 03:00. It is advisable to set the date with the crown when the time is between 03:05 and 20:55. (Some models have a screw-down crown; to adjust the settings, gently unscrew the crown counterclockwise. Do not forget to securely screw the crown back in after making the desired adjustments.)
