全部拍賣 / Miscellaneous / Tropical Garden of a Thousand Colors - Upholstery fabric - 3 cm - 2.8 cm
This extraordinary cotton upholstery fabric features a rich and dramatic design that celebrates the beauty of tropical nature. On an elegant light background unfolds a lush composition of intertwined branches, exotic flowers, decorative fruits and splendid birds in intense colors. Protagonists of the pattern are magnificent parrots and toucans with lively plumage, depicted as they perch on flowering branches or spread their wings as if about to take flight. Their deep and bright colors, ranging from bright red to deep blue, from golden yellow to emerald green, create a fascinating contrast with the light background of the fabric. Around the birds develops lush vegetation made up of large tropical flowers, decorative leaves and ornamental fruits in surprising shapes. The design is built with great balance, alternating vertical elements and natural branching that create an elegant and dynamic visual rhythm, as if you were inside an exotic garden full of life and color. The overall effect is refined and scenographic, capable of evoking the atmosphere of grand nineteenth-century botanical gardens or the natural history illustrations of traveling explorers. Made with high-quality cotton for upholstery, this fabric features a sturdy and compact weave that guarantees solidity and durability over time. The cotton enhances the brilliance of the colors and allows you to appreciate every detail of the design with great sharpness. The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification ensures the fabric has been produced without harmful substances, making it safe for use in domestic environments and also ideal for spaces visited daily. Thanks to its lively and decorative character, this fabric is perfect for upholstering armchairs, chairs or small sofas, turning them into true protagonists of the space. It is also ideal for decorative cushions capable of adding an exotic and artistic touch to the living room or relaxation area. It can also be used for decorative curtains, textile panels or padded headboards, where the tropical motif becomes a scenographic element capable of transforming the room’s atmosphere. It is particularly suitable for spaces with eclectic, tropical, colonial or contemporary styles. During the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries many European naturalists traveled to tropical regions to study and catalog unknown plants and animals. Their discoveries were documented through splendid botanical and zoological illustrations, often produced with almost artistic precision. These images deeply fascinated the European public and became a source of inspiration for fabrics, wallpapers and interior decorations that celebrated the wonder of distant lands and tropical biodiversity. Measurements: 3.00 x 2.80 meters. The colors of the fabric shown in the photo may slightly vary from the real color, depending on the device you use to view it. ATTENTION! Washing and Care: To maintain the beauty and quality of your fine fabric over time, it is important to follow these simple care instructions: Washing: It is recommended to hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle at a maximum temperature of 30°C. Use a mild detergent and avoid aggressive bleaches to preserve vibrant colors. Drying: Avoid the dryer to prevent compromising the fibers. Hang the fabric to air dry, avoiding prolonged direct sun exposure, which could fade colors. Ironing: Iron the fabric at low temperature, preferably with a cotton cloth on top, to avoid direct contact with the iron and keep the fabric surface flawless. Professional cleaning: If used for furniture coverings or large surfaces, professional dry cleaning is recommended for safer and more durable maintenance. Following these simple guidelines, your fabric will maintain its splendor and integrity over time, continuing to enhance your spaces with class and refinement.
