Struck to commemorate the completion of the Kweichow Provincial Highway, and allegedly featuring the personal automobile of Governor Chow Hsi-chien (Zhou Xicheng). Though some hairlines are noted, accounting for the overall designation, this ever-popular crown nevertheless retains a solid array of detail, with the roadster for which the type is known prominently displayed.
