Mint State "Hung-hsien on Horseback" Fantasy Dollar (t) CHINA. Fantasy "Hung-hsien" Silver Dollar, ND (ca. early-mid 20th Century). NGC MS-61. K-B48; KMX-1385; WS-1349-60. The better styled rendition of this fantasy type, the present crown offers solid gunmetal gray toning across both sides, with some enticing brilliance evident and among the fields. A great design that imagines Yuan Shih-kai's "tall hat" types, but displaying his full body and atop a horse. Estimate: $4,000 - $8,000. Provenance: From the Yang Ai Hao Collection.
