Squier by Fender - Classic Vibe '70s Stratocaster HSS...

Magnificent tribute to Fender's CBS era: the Squier Classic Vibe '70s Stratocaster HSS. This line represents the flagship of the Squier brand, famous for rivalling in luthiery and finishes with models well above in price range. Originally founded as a string manufacturer, Squier was acquired by Fender in 1965. In 1982, to combat cheap replicas on the market, Fender relaunched the brand, transforming it into its official high-accessibility division. Iconic Squier instruments have been chosen by music giants such as legendary blues-rock guitarist Jeff Healey, Genesis’ Mike Rutherford, and Mac DeMarco, demonstrating that pure tone has no passport when it comes to cost. The HSS configuration makes this model a chameleon: perfect for 1970s and 1980s hard rock (Van Halen, Deep Purple), visceral blues (Stevie Ray Vaughan), rhythmic funk, modern indie rock, and the crystal-clear clean tones typical of David Gilmour or Jimi Hendrix.
