It is achieved by dispersing on the molten surface (at about 800°C) a mixture of salts, mineral powders, oxides or ashes that chemically attack the glass, creating the typical rough and translucent patina. • The filaments and the "Vortex" effect: The whitish and bluish filaments visible inside the cobalt blue mass are not defects, but controlled reactions of the chemical powders or the application of thin threads of glass paste or "milk". During rotation and blowing by the master glassmaker, these inclusions stretch and arrange themselves radially, emphasizing the circular shape of the base and creating a suggestive dynamic spiral effect. • Type: Artistic vase for collection, soliflore model (one-flower). • Style: Neo-Roman / Archaeological. • Central body: The stem is slender and tapered, made of translucent glass with white and grayish tones.
