Each is introduced by a short description and followed by color photographs. Introduction by Carleton Knight III; edited and compiled by Ivan Zaknic; designed by Massimo Vignelli. Signed by Johnson and Burgee on the front free end paper. Not sure who the third signature is. Doesn't resemble Knight or Zaknic. JS
