Sheaffer - TRZ - No reserve price - Fountain pen

Item: SHEAFFER FOUNTAIN PEN AND BALLPOINT PEN SET — four instruments in a pair of fountain pens + ballpoints (two pairs), one blue with chrome accents and another green with gold accents, opaque glossy resin torpedo body, wide metal band at the mouth of the cap and a long sword-shaped clip with the White Dot of Sheaffer Length: 13.8 cm Diameter: 1.1 cm Ballpoint: approx. 12.9 x 0.9 cm Pieces: 4 Period: 1960s-1970s (Sheaffer Imperial family, manufactured between 1961 and the mid-70s, commonly offered as a matching fountain pen + ballpoint set) Materials: opaque blue and green injected resin/plastic, metal electroplated adornments (steel/chromed in the blue set, gold-plated in the green set); hooded steel nibs, one with a black conical section and another with a gold-plated section; cartridge/converter filling. The ballpoints feature a metal matching cone and a ball tip. Condition: good overall preservation typical of vintage pieces. The resins retain their shine and vibrant color, with no appreciable cracks or deformations; micro-scratches from use on the bodies are visible and some minor wear/oxidation on the clips (more visible on the green clip) and on the cap bands. The blue pen retains traces of greenish-blue dried ink on the nib, indicating use; it would be advisable to clean it before use. No missing pieces or significant impact observed in the photos. Functionality not verified in the photos. Extras: only loose pieces; no box or case or papers visible in the photos.
