His works are known for their dreamlike and often bizarre depictions that blend reality and fantasy. Especially famous is “The Persistence of Memory” (1931), in which his iconic “melting clocks” become a symbol of the relativity of time and the passage of life. Dalí’s precise, almost hyperreal painting style, combined with surreal motifs, made him one of the most innovative artists of the 20th century.
