Rosebank 31 years old Release 2 - b. 2022 - 70cl

The Rosebank 31 Year Old (Legacy Release Two) is a highly rare and prestigious Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky released in August 2022. It represents some of the very last liquid distilled before the original, historic Rosebank distillery closed its doors. Specifications Distillery: Rosebank Distillery (known historically as the "King of the Lowlands"). Age: 31 Years Old.Vintage: Distilled in 1991. Bottled: 2022. Alcohol Content: 48.1% ABV. Volume: 700ml (70cl). Cask Profile: Matured for over three decades in a mixture of refill ex-bourbon hogsheads and ex-sherry butts. Limitation: Strictly limited to just 4,000 bottles worldwide. Production Style: Triple-distilled in traditional Rosebank fashion, non-chill filtered, and natural color. Tasting Profile Despite its intense 31-year sleep in oak wood, the whisky is widely celebrated for keeping Rosebank’s signature light, floral, and vibrant character intact. Nose: Citrus bursts of lime zest and lemongrass, layered with coriander seed, clove, soft vanilla, and sugar-coated almonds. Palate: Expressive and light yet complex. It weaves together chamomile, mint, leather, dark berries, and fresh banana bread. Finish: Long and refined, ending with sweet peach, gentle oak spices, and persistent garden herbs. Highlighting its legendary status, this specific bottling was named the World's Best Whisky at the 2025 San Francisco World Spirits Competition. In perfect conditio
