全部拍賣 / Jewelry & Gems / Ring - 18 kt. Yellow gold, Platinum - 0.51ct. tw. Diamond (Natural) - Ruby
Magnificent Art Deco ring with extraordinary personality, a piece that stands out for its geometric design and impeccable artisanal craftsmanship. The mount features a solid gold band with elegant stepped geometric shoulders, a hallmark of Art Deco aesthetics, a movement that revolutionized jewelry by combining luxury, modernity, and perfect symmetry. At the top we find a refined central rectangular panel set in a channel with 6 baguette-cut rubies, each about 0.06 ct, forming a continuous line of intense color. On both sides, two delicate semicircular panels in the shape of a fan, made in platinum, house 16 old European-cut diamonds, each 0.01 ct, whose broad facets and soft brilliance add an charm that is impossible to reproduce in modern cuts. This is a jewel especially attractive for the contrast between the straight, geometric lines of the central design and the curved forms that flank it, creating an exceptional visual balance. The combination of gold, platinum, rubies, and diamonds reflects the refined taste of an era considered one of the golden ages of high jewelry. Authentic Art Deco pieces are increasingly rare and valued by collectors worldwide, especially those that preserve such a marked aesthetic and such robust, careful craftsmanship. A different, elegant ring full of character, capable of standing out in any collection and becoming a reference jewelry piece for those who value beauty, history, and exclusivity. The gemstones are commonly treated to improve color or clarity. This has not been investigated for this specific item. The piece does not show a distinctive hallmark; the gold has been previously inspected by a professional. It is shipped perfectly packaged, by registered mail and insured. The piece is shipped with standard packaging. Collection is available in Madrid or Barcelona, by prior notice.
