Prachtige set antieke zilveren Art Nouveau kaasmessen

Beautiful set of antique silver Art Nouveau cheese knives. France, 19th century A wonderful pair of 19th-century cheese knives. This set is a splendid example of the refined craftsmanship from the Art Nouveau period in France. The handles are made of solid silver and are stamped with the prestigious French Minerva hallmark, guaranteeing high-quality silver. Typical of the romantic Art Nouveau style, the handles are richly decorated with flowing, organic flower and leaf motifs that gleam beautifully and feel very comfortable in the hand. The blades are made of sturdy steel and form an artistic highlight in themselves: they are entirely adorned with fine, hand-engraved blade patterns. The set consists of two complementary models, perfectly matched for the elegant slicing and serving of different kinds of (French) cheeses. Here and there signs of aging are visible (see photo), but overall in beautiful antique condition. A unique and authentic possession for the collector of antique silver or an exclusive eye-catcher for connoisseurs during the cheese board. - Specifications: o Length: 19.2 cm o Total weight: 68.10 grams Professionally packaged and shipped with track & trace Shipping rate includes handling, energy, environmental, island surcharges, insurance, administration and customs costs Shipping within 24 hours after payment is received
