Obverse: Head of Mercury left, legend around "PHILIPPINE CARNIVAL ASSOCIATION 1923", flanked by torches, double cornucopia below, winged-wheel in exergue; Reverse: "STOCKHOLDER" in center, "WHITEHEAD-HOAG NEWARK. N.J." below. This nicely preserved example exhibits boldly struck intricate devices. Wholesome and original looking, this charming example displays light attractive mottled brassy patina.
