Paul Valéry - Charmes - 1926

Paul Valéry — Charms — Gallimard, NRF, 1926. Newly revised edition of this poetry collection. Softcover edition, numbered 809, on Alfa paper. Feature: handwritten analytical notes have been stapled to the work. They pertain to several poems and to the composition of the collection. The author of these notes is not identified: they are not attributed to Paul Valéry. The original cover has yellowed and shows wear. The spine is worn, with small losses at the ends.
