Wall tapestry “Retos” by Patrice Allart, created for SEG of Paris in the 1970s (model referenced in 1976). Geometric and kinetic composition characteristic of that period, made in a beautiful palette of burgundy, brown, orange, yellow/gold and black. Dimensions: 80 × 78.5 cm, including the frame. Presented in its original frame with a hanging system on the back. Very good overall condition for its age. The colors are well preserved. A few light traces related to time and use may be present Knot density: unknown / not applicable to this type of tapestry embroidered on canvas. French creation; the note regarding export from Iran is not applicable, the work is not an Iranian rug.
