Panel - Wood - architectural panel

An antique wooden architectural/decorative element, characterized by rich artisanal carving and two side doors that open. The structure features perforated and sculpted decoration with vegetal and floral motifs, turned elements, and a particularly decorative symmetrical composition. The two doors allow the wide central opening to be closed and reopened completely. The wood presents a dark, aged patina, with signs of wear, small cracks, abrasions, surface irregularities, traces of prior interventions and other marks consistent with the object's age and artisanal nature. It is a very distinctive piece, suitable as a decorative architectural element, frame, wall panel, or a structure to house a painting, a print, or a mirror. In the photographs it is also shown with an image of the Annunciation inserted inside, solely for demonstrative purposes: the image is not included in the sale. The origin and precise dating are not documented and are therefore left undetermined, avoiding unverifiable attributions.
