PAIR OF GREEK HIGH KARAT GOLD LION-SHAPED PENDANTS

Ca. 500 - 400 BC. A pair of hollow pendants formed from thin sheet gold, each shaped as a tube with both ends terminating in outward-facing lion heads, their features reduced to broad, flattened snouts and recessed circular eyes.
