Olivetti Prodest PC 128 - Computer (1) - In original box

According to real collectors and retrocomputing enthusiasts, an extraordinary Olivetti Prodest PC 128 in excellent cosmetic condition and perfectly functioning. The iconic 1980s home computer signed Olivetti is supplied in its rare original complete accessories (CIB - Complete In Box), including console with built-in keyboard, original-era box with well-preserved graphics, original molded internal foam packaging, the "User Guide to the System" (Guida all'uso del sistema), the original-era Software Pack case, the power cable, the original RF antenna cable, and a SCART cable. All components have been scrupulously tested before sale. The keyboard responds perfectly on every single key with excellent mechanical precision. The built-in tape deck is perfectly operational and loads games and programs from the original starter pack without any read errors. Regarding video connection, the console has been tested with a SCART cable on a television, delivering outstanding visual and color rendering with sharp colors and a very stable signal. This is the recommended connection mode to enjoy the machine at its highest quality on both CRT TVs and modern panels. The original RF antenna cable is regularly included, although on current TV tuners the vintage analog frequency is not picked up (or at least I couldn’t find the right channel), making SCART the superior choice in every respect. The plastics of the console and accessories are in excellent preserved condition, with crisp silkscreens and the internal foams still solid and protective. This is an indispensable piece of Italian computing history, ready to be displayed in a collection or connected immediately to play. Ref.: (2026-166) DISCLAIMER Shipping note (collector to collector!) I care a lot that items arrive in perfect condition, intact and ready for use. Because I do this with passion for many years, I handle every shipment with the utmost precision and transparency to fully protect the quality of the purchase. These are my non-negotiables: Secure Packaging: I pack every single item I ship as if I were receiving it for my own collection. For this reason I never skimp on packaging materials. Each item is protected individually with multiple layers of high-thickness bubble wrap, sealed and placed inside rigid, reinforced cardboard boxes. Any empty spaces are filled with cushioning materials (polystyrene, air pillows or heavy packing paper) to prevent any movement during transport. Total Traceability: The steps of functionality verification (with the serial number highlighted) and the entire packing preparation are fully video-recorded without interruptions, up to the final sealing of the package. All video documentation is kept in my archives and, in case of transport anomalies or disputes, will be promptly provided to the platform's verification and controls service. Security Seal: Each electronic or collectible device is marked with a small numbered tamper-evident seal before departure. In case of return (as provided by the platform terms), the item must be shipped back with the original seal perfectly intact.
