Descriptio Color photographic print. Dimensions: 35 × 28 cm. This artistic and experimental photograph presents a composition of partially illuminated human figures in a profoundly dark environment. At the center of the scene, a figure in motion is visible, with flexed arms and an outstretched hand, while other silhouettes and body fragments emerge from the shadows. The artificial lighting, with its intense reddish and orange tones, traces the contours of the bodies and contrasts with the broad areas of dark blue and black that dominate the image. The fragmented framing, the overlapping of forms, and the spatial ambiguity lend the composition a theatrical character and a marked sense of movement. His visual language shows affinities with the experimental photography of Ernst Haas (1921-1986), especially in the expressive use of color, light, and movement as compositional elements, as well as with certain photographic investigations by Saul Leiter (1923-2013), due to the use of intense chromatic relationships, partially hidden figures, and the creation of suggestive atmospheres through light and shadow.
