One hundred percent handmade single artwork. This is not a print. "The Moon-Gazer's Journey" This work is a visual exploration of the realm of dreams. It transports us to a nocturnal landscape where the barriers between the terrestrial and the cosmic dissolve. The central figure, a black-and-white cat, is perched atop a gigantic flying fish. This role reversal, where the traditional prey becomes the mount and the guide, symbolizes a shift in perception and a break with the utilitarian logic of the world. The fish, meticulously detailed with gleaming scales, sails through an atmosphere rich and textured, speckled with stars. The cat, with fixed eyes and an impassive expression, acts as a wise traveler, not as a hunter. The color palette, dominated by dark grays and pale pinks for outlines and luminous details, creates a hypnotic and mystical atmosphere. The use of white outlines is characteristic of an illustrative aesthetic. The grainy background adds depth and mood. The wavy shapes of pink at the bottom suggest a forest, anchoring the scene in a plane that is at once ethereal and earthly.
