全部拍賣 / Music & Musical Instruments / Nirvana - Bleach (UK) – Original 1989 Tupelo Pressing –...
A highly desirable original 1989 UK Tupelo pressing / original MPO A1/B1 matrix of Nirvana's debut album Bleach, issued by Tupelo Recording Company under catalogue number TUPLP 6. This is the original UK edition released in August 1989, licensed from Sub Pop and manufactured in Europe by MPO, identifiable by the original first-cut runout combination: MPO TUPLP 6 A¹ and MPO TUPLP 6 B¹. These A1/B1 matrices are documented on original 1989 UK Tupelo copies and represent the original 1989 UK Tupelo matrix configuration. Released before Nirvana's breakthrough with Nevermind, Bleach captures the band in their rawest early form, with Kurt Cobain, Krist Novoselic and Chad Channing delivering the heavy, abrasive sound that helped define the emerging Seattle scene. The album includes early classics such as Blew, Floyd the Barber, About a Girl, School, Negative Creep and Mr. Moustache. ⸻ Sleeve (VG+): The original sleeve remains structurally strong and presents nicely overall. There is some light corner wear and minor age-related handling, but no major structural defects. The cover is clean and the overall presentation is attractive, grading a solid VG+. Vinyl (VG+): The record retains a very attractive original shine. There is some light playwear and a small number of fine superficial hairlines, but nothing deep or seriously distracting. Playback is strong throughout, grading VG+ overall. ⸻ Details * Original 1989 UK Tupelo pressing * Catalogue TUPLP 6 * Original MPO pressing * Licensed from Sub Pop * Manufactured in Europe * Original 1989 issue ⸻ Matrix / Stampers * Side A: MPO TUPLP 6 A¹ * Side B: MPO TUPLP 6 B¹
