Netherlands 1867 - King William III, mail piece with NVPH 7 and 10 to Turin

Envelope with NVPH 7 and 10 sent from The Hague on April 2, 1869 to Turin, Italy, arrival April 5. The envelope is a bit roughly opened and sometimes has a tinted spot. Nice cancellations. See the scans for a good impression. Registered shipment PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new PPWR regulation—which came into effect on August 12, 2026, and entails significant and far-reaching changes for businesses regarding shipments within the EU—I am suspending shipments to EU countries other than the Netherlands. Local pickup remains available at all times. I am still shipping to countries outside the EU for the time being. My apologies for the inconvenience.
