NEPAL Set of three carved wooden masks - One with openwork eyes and mouth; the lip is adorned with a horsehair mustache (one eye is missing; two metal clasps on the chin). H. 28 cm. Export wax seal on the reverse - One with openwork eyes and mouth; the top of the forehead adorned with a floral motif. Metal teeth added. (Mounting holes for horsehair and added teeth). H. 34 cm. Export wax seal on the reverse - One with decorative perforations on the eyelids and upper lip. H. 27 cm Provenance: - Label: Éric Chazot and “father of Éric Piffret”
