This colorful set of necklace and bracelet, created around 1995, comes from the traditional workshop of jeweler Georg H. Leicht in Pforzheim. Crafted from high-carat 750 yellow gold, both pieces combine fine gemstones with gently curved, X-shaped gold clasps to create a rhythmic composition. Between the gold elements, different-colored natural gemstones, which look like delicious sweets, are set in a colorful row: nine amethysts, nine peridots, eight blue topazes, ten garnets and nine citrines are cut in the same way and appear as radiant points of light. Each individual stone is faceted and set in a precisely crafted bezel setting, allowing the light to dance on its surface and creating a lively play of colours of violet, green, blue, red and gold. The clear lines and masterful workmanship reflect the aesthetics of the 1990s, when strong yellow gold was just as popular as various intensely colored gemstones. This set embodies the high standards of the Pforzheim designers, as the Seit has a luxurious and harmonious appearance. An ensemble that draws its charisma not from its size, but from the fine balance of design, material and light. The fine set came to us from the Lower Rhine.
