This impressive freeform specimen showcases dark red Almandine garnet, contrastingly embedded in a deep green, finely polished matrix. The garnets appear as irregularly distributed, sometimes distinctly pronounced crystal aggregates and set lively accents that, depending on the light, range from rich burgundy to earthy brown-red. Fine natural structures, gentle lines and small inclusions emphasize the authentic character of the stone and give it an archaic, almost geologic aura.
