全部拍賣 / Miscellaneous / Murano glass - Necklace with pendant - Ladybug
Handmade entirely in Murano, this pendant brings to life in glass one of the most beloved good-luck symbols: the ladybug. The ladybug is lamp-worked with great care for detail. The body, in deep red glass, is divided at the center by a thin line that traces the wings, speckled with black spots fused into the glass. Along the sides, the raised legs emerge, molded one by one, while the black head carries two small eyes with a lively gaze. Every detail is applied hot, for a cheerful three-dimensional effect full of character. The pendant is mounted on a head pin finished with a golden cup and slides along a thin, force-tight chain thanks to a golden bail with a worked surface. The spring ring closure, with an extender chain, allows for length adjustment. The princess length positions the ladybug at the base of the neck, just above the collarbones. A light and cheerful piece, carrying a silent wish: perfect to wear, even more beautiful to gift. Each ladybug is unique: the arrangement of the spots, the shape of the legs, and the shades of red vary from piece to piece. Any small imperfections are the natural sign of handmade craftsmanship. Details Technique: lamp-worked glass, with decorations applied hot. Length: about 44 cm, adjustable with the extender chain (princess length, falls at the base of the neck). Ladybug: about 2.5 × 2 × 1 cm, Murano glass. Chain: force-tight link chain. Metal: gold-colored metal (chain, bail, and spring-ring clasp). The necklace arrives in an elegant rigid jewelry box with a black velvet interior, ready to give as a gift. It is accompanied by the certificate of originality, attesting to the artisanal Murano glass craftsmanship. Fast shipping, with careful and secure packaging.
