全部拍賣 / Miscellaneous / Money box - Patinated bronze - Piggy Bank - France
Antique Banker's Safe "BANQUE" in Cast Iron/Bronze – Still Bank Epoca Prima metà del '900 Rare collectible piggy bank (Still Bank model) dating from the early to mid-20th century. Measurements: 10 x 8 x 13 cm and weight 590 g. It is made of heavy metal (cast iron/bronze) and finely reproduces a monumental banking building in an eclectic architectural style. The front is embellished with the raised inscription "BANQUE", a feature that makes this piece much rarer and more sought-after than the classic models with English wording. French production. Characterized by a dramatic double-curved monumental entrance staircase, decorative columns at the base, and detailed geometric windows on two levels. The roof scalloping (tile effect) is topped by a central upper pinnacle/chimney. Original dark patina from the period. The item presents itself in excellent vintage condition. The structure is perfectly solid and intact: it has no cracks, missing parts, subsequent welds, or signs of rust running through. The through-bolt that holds the parts together is in order and fully functional. A piece of savings history, ideal for collectors of vintage toys, metal antiques, or as a bold industrial/retro-style decorative item. Photos are to be considered an integral part of the description; shipping will be fast and insured for the full value. We do not ship outside Europe. At the end of the auction please check the message center where you will receive photos of the packaging and receiving instructions.
