Description of the work: An absolute icon of pop art, the Marilyn Monroe portrait reinterpreted by Andy Warhol has forever marked the history of art and popular culture. With Monroe VS Contemporary Art, this emblematic image with pink tones is reinterpreted as a mosaic, composed exclusively of images of contemporary art. Each fragment draws from the visual richness of current creation: shapes, colors, materials, and styles overlap to form a vibrant and abundant whole. Assembled, these works recombine the iconic face of Marilyn, creating a dialogue between pop heritage and contemporary creative explosion. Printed on plexiglass, the work gains depth, shine, and modernity, offering a decidedly contemporary and design-oriented presentation, conceived to enhance modern interiors. From a distance: the glamorous and instantly recognizable figure of Marilyn. Up close: a kaleidoscope of inspirations, a vibrant nod to the art of our time. Each piece is a signed and numbered artwork, produced in a limited edition, affirming its exclusivity and artistic value.
