全部拍賣 / Contemporary Art / Mike Blackarts - Hot Pink Butterfly Money Wall Art
A striking handcrafted artwork featuring a large three-dimensional butterfly as the central focal point, set against a bold background composed of repeating one-hundred-dollar bill motifs. The butterfly is finished in vibrant pink and deep black tones and decorated with a luxury-inspired monogram pattern. Its sculptural wings create a strong sense of depth and movement, making the artwork visually impressive from different viewing angles. A distinctive detail of the piece is the hand-applied epoxy droplet finish on the butterfly. These glossy epoxy drops add extra texture, depth and a glass-like shine to the surface. Depending on the surrounding light, the epoxy reflects differently, enhancing the three-dimensional character of the butterfly and giving the artwork a dynamic appearance. The contrast between the vivid pink butterfly and the dark money-inspired background gives the composition a bold, contemporary and luxurious character. The combination of pop-art influences, fashion-inspired details and handcrafted finishing makes this piece a true statement artwork. Due to its dimensional construction, textured surface and reflective epoxy details, the appearance of the artwork changes subtly depending on the light and viewing angle. Entirely handcrafted and individually finished. About the artist: Mike, born in 1989, a remarkable electrical engineer and a highly acclaimed artist with a rich multicultural background.
