Mexico, Stampless Postal History

Mexico Stampless Postal History Cuernavaca. 8r. Lilac, cut into the design at top and right, tied to an aged cover (tear) from Mexico City to Puebla dated 1st June 1859. A tear at the top of the stamp is to be expected, as this stamp was previously cancelled. An outstanding postal fraud, as any franking totaling 8 reales or more is rare on cover. Cert. MEPSI (2025). NF $850 off-cover. Scott 5.
