全部拍賣 / Furniture, Design & Mirrors / Mela - Edoardo Meloni - Sculpture, ROBOOK BULB - 115 cm - Wrought iron - 2026
ROBOOK BULB is a sculpture that echoes the geometric shapes of the first 1990s robots, created by iron artist Edoardo Meloni in 2026. The work stems from the idea of making the sculpture functional by turning it into a lamp and a bookshelf or a supportive surface. Robook is a unique piece that belongs to a limited series, numbered and entirely handmade. The numbering of the work depends on the model and the type of coloration. The material used is iron, with a percentage of reclaimed material, to contribute to sustainability and respect for the environment. The height of ROBOOK is 115 cm, the thickness 25 cm, and the width 35 cm. The color, METALLIC BLUE, is a special finish that gives it quality and an excellent finish, endowing it with character and personality. The object has been designed to be a product of excellence, with particular attention paid to all details. Together with the artwork, an authenticity certificate will be provided to protect both the artist and the customer. Edoardo Meloni Biography Born in Rome in 1995. Always passionate about working with multiple materials, he discovers that iron is his true vocation. He decides to focus most of his production on this durable metal, soon turning it into works of art. Meloni creates original objects with innovative design, capable of characterizing the environment and making it unique in his style. His work centers mainly on exploring lines and geometric, essential shapes, made with repurposed materials of universal and sustainable character, whose versatility suits him for various forms of interior design. Some of his works have been exhibited in Roma design shops such as D Domus 17 and in contemporary art galleries such as Pavart Roma.
