MARTINEAU (Jane), ed. Andrea Mantegna. London - New York, Royal Academy of Arts - The Metropolitan Museum of Art, Olivetti/Electa, 1992. Large quarto, publisher’s hardcover with illustrated dust jacket. An important catalog published on the occasion of the major retrospective exhibition dedicated to Andrea Mantegna, edited by Jane Martineau, with contributions by Suzanne Boorsch, Keith Christiansen, David Ekserdjian, Charles Hope, and David Landau, among others. A richly illustrated reference work in black-and-white and color, bringing together Mantegna’s paintings, drawings, and graphic works.
