Marta Romashina - Where I End and Begin

Where I End and Begin – Limited Edition Fine Art Print (2/10) A self-portrait imbued with introspection, Where I End and Begin captures a moment suspended between presence and absence. Photographed through a fogged windowpane in the French countryside in Normandie, the image blurs the line between viewer and subject, self and setting. The condensation-covered glass acts as both barrier and veil—an emotional filter that softens visibility and sharpens vulnerability. Quiet and contemplative, the photograph explores identity in transition, gently questioning where the self ends and the world begins.
