Marc Brandenburg - Michael Jackson - Limited Michael...

Pop icon meets high fashion: The limited Michael Jackson silk scarf by Marc Brandenburg. Acquire an extraordinary piece of contemporary art history. This exclusive digitally printed silk drape was created in the fateful year 2009 in collaboration with Berlin Edition LRRH and showcases one of the most iconic motifs of the renowned contemporary artist Marc Brandenburg: Michael Jackson. • The "In Memoriam" motif: Shortly after the death of the King of Pop in 2009, Marc Brandenburg captured the pop legend in his unmistakable handwriting. The motif captures the unembellished, young singer in an approachable pose. It reflects the omnipresent influence of pop culture on our urban identity. • Inverted aesthetics in photo-negative style: Brandenburg's world-famous style breaks perceptual habits. By precisely reversing black and white, the portrait on the fine silk appears as a ghostly, luminous photographic negative. It transforms the scarf into a fascinating visual statement. • Museum-worthy collector's edition: Works by Marc Brandenburg hang in significant institutions such as MoMA New York. This portable artwork belongs to a strictly limited edition of worldwide only 100 numbered copies (plus 10 APs). • Luxury silk as a canvas: With its dimensions of 110 x 110 cm, the scarf made of 100% finest silk offers a flowing fall and elegant sheen. Whether worn as a noble accessory or hung as a framed artwork on the wall — it draws all eyes. Secure this rare collector's item that uniquely dissolves the boundary between pop culture, subculture, and high fashion. A worthwhile investment for art enthusiasts and discerning fashion lovers alike. Please note the detailed photos. Shipping is unworn in the original black box with hang tag and certificate.
