The Marantz PM-17 is a legendary and high-quality integrated stereo amplifier from Marantz's premium Premium Series, launched in 1997. The amplifier is known for its audiophile, musical and warm sound character, combined with an iconic tank-like build quality (all-metal chassis) and the signature temperature gauge (warm-up meter) in the middle of the front panel. Although 60W seems modest on paper, the amplifier delivers a very high power reserve thanks to the large ring transformer (Linear Drive Power Supply), making it effortlessly control much heavier speakers.
