Maita - Collezione Filosofi: Socrate | Edizione Limitata...

Collection of Pens dedicated to Socrates Maita is proud to present an exclusive collection of pens inspired by great philosophers, particularly Socrates, a fundamental figure of Western philosophy and the father of critical thought. This series, limited to 100 units, celebrates his dialogic approach, his maieutic method, and his commitment to the truth. Made in precious Italian burgundy-mottled resin and silver, the pen design features a clip that reproduces one of the universal symbols of philosophy. The ring on the cap – in silver – is engraved with Socrates’ profile on the front and the motto: "Only he who knows that he does not know is wise, not he who deludes himself into thinking he knows and thus even ignores his own ignorance" on the back. At the top of the cap is set a small coin depicting an owl, a symbol of philosophy and wisdom, regarded as such by Hegel in the nineteenth century. This collection is not only a tribute to Socrates, but also a recognition of his legacy in philosophical thought. Each pen is a perfect balance of elegance and meaning, ideal for those who wish to honor the pursuit of truth and the value of dialogue in daily life.
