This extraordinary artisanal piece, crafted in Murano blown glass, captures attention with its captivating design that recalls the characteristic abstract faces painted by the great artist Pablo Picasso. Made with the techniques of solid glass and the "sbruffo" (blowing) method, the master glassmaker has succeeded in creating a stylized and expressive face through the fusion of Murano glass, which requires a longer working time compared to other glasses. Through its artisanal multicolored finishes that range from blue, to yellow, to red, the stem features a design characterized by two large protruding red and blue eyes, created through the artisanal Murano glass art. Characterized by a very elaborate stem that serves as the artist’s expressive display, it is considered a collectible object, a blown glass artwork, appreciated for its rich shapes and precious decorations. Made with the hot modeling technique, each individual component of this goblet was first artisanally blown by hand, a symbol of great Murano craftsmanship.
