Liberty Post Office by Stephanie Berry Painting 30.0 x 30.0 :: Liberty is a beautiful little town in Maine with lovely old houses and this one-of-a-kind post office. It originally was a harness shop but when the owner became the town's post master he built this octagon building to house the post office in 1867. There is not another like it in the United States. It no longer functions as the town's post office but is open on weekends in the summer to visitors. There's also a cool shop a few doors up the street that sells all kinds of old tools.
