Labelled Gia. Bapt. Grancino - - Violin - Unknown

Hello, dear customer. You have here the possibility, to buy an old 4/4 violin with label. On the pictures is to be seen, that it is an old and nice instrument. It is a full size violin (whole length: 589 mm, body: 355 mm, upper bouts: 166 mm; middle bouts: 111 mm; lower bouts: 205 mm) with label: Gia. Bapt. Grancino in Contrada Largha di Milano anno 1698 The violin is in a very good condition, but there are some repaired cracks on the violin!!! Violins and bows described as 'certified' or 'attributed' include images of their certificates and are therefore considered to have a higher degree of documented certainty regarding maker, origin, and age than instruments described only as 'labelled' (violins) or 'stamped' (bows), for which we provide no guarantee of any kind.
